a decent stay overall

the hotel provided free snacks and drinks in the room. it also had free shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash. room service was helpful and readily available. i was treated with kindness by the staff upon arrival.
the receptionist seemed disinterested and mumbled a script! with barely any eye contact. the room window faced the indoor of the hotel and people could stare directly at us.

i found the staff helpful and knowledgeable. the breakfast was very nice and well organized. i especially liked the range of gluten-free breads and cereals offered (a rare treat for me!).
I did notice some slow service in the bar area. It seemed the staff might have been a bit understaffed.
